My role as an apprentice within my placement is to communicate with other managers abroad to put new systems in place. I also help create the training packages for each airport. Every month I also make a Newsletter for all colleagues Worldwide to have crucial updates and also share their successes.

I enjoy my programme a lot as it opens so many opportunities and experiences that I never knew was available. Everyday is a different and interesting day & I look forward to what the day will bring.
The programme is very well structured. I feel supported in all areas of the apprenticeship and feel as if I am looked after well.
I feel very supported by my employer. Colleagues around me are always happy to help me if needed and there is not a moment where I don’t feel supported.
My training provider supports me throughout my learning. She is always available to speak or help when needed and makes sure she has time aside to support us all. She is happy to sit with us 1-1 if needed and to take extra time with certain areas we may need help with.
My qualification helps me perform better in my role as it links to my role really well. Content I am learning can be used in my everyday role.
At work there is always different events to get involved in. We have also been exposed to the different sports that are available to us.
