  • My role on a daily basis involves involves interacting with customer weather that is face to face or through the drive through speakers.

  • I have improved my communication skills and I have learned how to provide excelent customer service

  • It is an amazing programme and it very fifty fifty with coursework and hours on the floor at work and i feel that it has helped to have monthly meeting with my coach

  • Very well structured in regards to coursework and on the floor time and aptem is great

  • I recieve quite a lot of support from my employer in terms of that I have a manager who i specifically check in with quite a lot and go through any questions I have with them

  • I recieve quite a lot of support from my training provider as I have monthly meeting with him and I can email or call him with any questions I have

  • I feel that it has helped me to perform better in my role as I am now able to recognise financial losses to the business and prevent them.

  • I have only worked there a year but I am part of the crew council and I particpated in the charity walk last year
