Yes , I really enjoy it! Working with Whitbread while doing my Level 2 (V3) apprenticeship has been a great experience. I like that I am learning new skills on the job day to day. One of the things that I like most is interracting with guests- welcoming them, helping them feel comfortable , and making sure they leave happy.I also enjoy working as part of a team.Is a good feeling that we support each other.
The programme is verry well organised and structured.I always know what I am working towards and my trainers cleary explain each step. The online learning platform is easy to use and everything links directly to what I do at work , which makes it all feel more relevant.

If I have questions or need help, is always there to guide me.I feel like really wants me to succed , not just in the programme , but also as part of the team
