My role includes serving customers, taking payments, running food, pouring alcoholic drinks. General cleaning of the establishment.
I’ve developed my skills that I already possessed within hospitality.
I enjoy it moderately, some of the learning they expect you to have learned they don’t cover in. So you have to do your own research which is mostly subjective.

I get a lot of support from my employer, they make sure I have time to do my off the job training.
Enough support.
To be realistic there’s no really too much information that I could learn, it’s just getting back to basics, thinking more why I do something that I’ve been doing for years.
