I complete amendments (usually cost and ladder plan amendments) and generally help buyer admins. Internally, I greet my grandmaster and other apprentices on Teams, ask my grandmaster if they need help and ask them questions on the buyer admin role to learn more about the role. Externally, I study at the Fashion Retail Academy. My responsibilities are to learn about the buyer admin role, get a buyer and complete my project from the Fashion Retail Academy.
This experience has improved my confidence and knowledge about the business.
I really did enjoy the rotation, where I learnt more about the business.
Very flexible.
We received a lot of support from our Buying Administrator Support Supervisor, but she went on a sick leave and now we have our Buying Operations Manager-In-Training and we recieve less support.
We only receive feedback and told our next steps.
We essentially learn business studies, so it gives us more insight about the company.
We do occasionally have events.
Yes
It has a nice work culture.
