I work within Test Services managing a service which looks across all projects and test environments to identify and manage possible contentions for the business
I have been developing existing skill so that I can apply them effectively within my role. I have also just completed a new leader course over 5 months
I am enjoying the programme very much and enjoy talking to my learning provider about all the new exciting opportunities I can see and how much I enjoy my work
I feel very valued here as I feel I am listened to and people can see the value of the job I do with my team members. I like proving people with the information I have
It is very well structured and I have been given a progress report and have been told I am making good progess. The provider is very knowledgable and helps however she can
I don't feel I need that much help now. However, at the beginning, they explained the prcess and formats of what I was going to have to do on my programme
I don't get any support at the moment but that is because I haven't needed it. I know that I am going to need it for future work and I don't foresee any problems getting this
My current salary is adequate for my day to day costs. Of course, I would like moer, like everyone but it covers everything I need and I don;t have to borrow to get by
Yes, ther are lots of opportunities outside work and I am already a volunteer with a number of people who have set up a new LGBT network and a new employee-wide volunteering scheme has been announced this week.
Yes
The culture is not like anywhere else I have worked. I love the idea of their values, ethics, culture and helping people in the community
I would say go for it. It can be demanding sometime but I get satisfaction out of putting a lot of effort in to help the organisation. The opportunities, employee benefits and chance for self-development are fantastic
