  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is good - you are immersed within the market and are given good levels of responsibility. The rotations allows you to explore different areas within the company and the industry (they can however add an extra stress when it comes to securing your next rotation especially for the competitive seats). The pay for a someone living in London is also low - I appreciate this can only be raised to a certain level but perhaps could be compensated with a more substantial bonus.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • APC wise I appreciate it is an important qualification I don't feel having to complete the masters is of any direct help to my performance within the role. First of all, I work in residential departments and the masters is completely based on a commercial content. The content is also what I learn at work and its better to be learning in real life examples rather than through essays and multiple choice questionnaires. I dont find the masters helpful
