  • Great team, and company to work for with exciting and challenging work. Flexibility in the role and an opportunity to experience different roles and businesses.

  • Given lots of responsibility and can see work produced having an impact on the business, Regular reviews and appraisals to ensure job satisfaction and quality of work

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organized, set scheme which has been running for a long time. Good networks with previous grads, and structured development modules and targets

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Easy to access support from BPP (training provider), Online and over the phone, tutors available in centre on weekends if required. Flexibility of courses provided.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Manager, HR team and mentor all easily accessible. Support from other graduates, current team and placement organizers. Regular contact with HR representative and monthly reviews with manager to ensure progress and job satisfaction are maintained.

  • Cost of living very expensive close to head office, but as the salary is UK wide it is difficult to cover costs in this location. For other offices the package would be sufficient.

  • Some outside opportunities, corporate social responsibility days required from all employees. Conferences and training organized by the company.

  • Great company to work for, interesting roles, great opportunities and opportunities for progression. Good training provided and flexibility in roles.

  • Research the company, ensure you network well with other team members and graduates. Be flexible about location. Prepare competency based interview questions
