Yes, I’ve developed strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially when handling guest requests or unexpected situations during the night. I’ve also improved my ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
I really enjoy my role as a Night Team Member. I like the responsibility that comes with working independently and the satisfaction of knowing I’m helping guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Every shift is different, which keeps the job interesting and rewarding
