Assist surveyors with day-to-day property management matters, including service charge budget setting, management and reconciliation, arrears reporting including rent and service charge collection and management, and build strong tenant and landlord relationships.
Service charge management, managing difficult conversations and people, and managing project budgets.
I enjoy the 'on the job' training mixed with the university study programme, allowing me to attend face to face lectures every trimester for 2 week blocks and apply my new found knowledge towards day-to-day tasks.
Programme developed by university is well organised and structured, providing reading lists and learning materials ahead of scheduled class times and ongoing support.
Plenty support and training provided by employer to complete university assignments and daily tasks.
Training team are in constant contact to ensure I am enrolled in the appropriate training sessions.
