learned a lot about data security and cleaning/loading data efficiently
I loved it! I wish there was aspects that were more collaborative, however as certain cohort members fell behind, it meant there was less people to bounce new ideas and learning off of
similar to previous question, it was well structured but as it was so packed with content and others fell behind, it meant we weren't all working on the same things
I was really lucky and grateful that my original manager promoted the opportunity to me, and then when I had a new manager, she picked up and supported the time I needed for my apprenticeship amazingly

I think it's given me a lot of confidence in understanding the world of data and how I can align best practices within my role
yep, especially when it's for fundraising - the company is huge on this so there is loads of events
Yes
it's got an amazing culture, there's room for development if you're interested in it - and I've found my direct managers since moving into HR have been absolutely amazing - there's a real focus on wellbeing which is great
