  • reporting on learning across the business, admin support for planning and loading workshops - and other adhoc needs like material prepping

  • learned a lot about data security and cleaning/loading data efficiently

  • I loved it! I wish there was aspects that were more collaborative, however as certain cohort members fell behind, it meant there was less people to bounce new ideas and learning off of

  • similar to previous question, it was well structured but as it was so packed with content and others fell behind, it meant we weren't all working on the same things

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I was really lucky and grateful that my original manager promoted the opportunity to me, and then when I had a new manager, she picked up and supported the time I needed for my apprenticeship amazingly

  • I think it's given me a lot of confidence in understanding the world of data and how I can align best practices within my role

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • yep, especially when it's for fundraising - the company is huge on this so there is loads of events

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • it's got an amazing culture, there's room for development if you're interested in it - and I've found my direct managers since moving into HR have been absolutely amazing - there's a real focus on wellbeing which is great
