I am the manager of the Assurance team which deals with debriefing and organisational learning
I have developed my existing management skills as well as learning others such as the application of management theories
The programme was enjoyable and informative but I feel the process of gathering evidence could be simplified which would have increased enjoyment
Weekly session were planned in advance for the year and the course programme was provided
I was given all of the time required by my employer and support was always available when need.
The course tutor changed a couple of times in the early stages but once settled the advice and support was excellent.
The L5 management qualification will give me the confidence and skills I need to continue developing as a manager and leader within the organisation.
We have an active sports and social club and I am an active member of the golf section
Yes
It is a great place to work where individuals are supported and empowered to reach their career goals
