I am a access field engineer and some of my roles include maitaining virgin medias network to provide a good service to our customers. along with this there are also faults that occur that need to be fixed. to do this we have to work as a team amoung ourselves and work with service techs to find, fix and resolve faults. I have also been given a project to lower the costs of our power bills that couls save the company hundreds of thousands.
I have learned many new skills as this area is new to me so i have learnt how the network functions and how to fix it. i will also gain a qcf qualification at the end of this along with things like nrswa certificats etc.
