I am a trainee Building Services engineer, I give all the opperatives onsite the tools to do there job, if there is a problem onsite then i am ivolved in engineering a solution
yes, Time management I have learnt how to manage my time respectivly and to prioritise.
I love my programme LOR set up group events when we work more as a team and do group acctivities
yes, the apprenticies are always asked to help with events and are wellcomed into the LOR community
We have a work book that we have to complete yearly and it is very well organised.
