I feel highly valued by PwC as my managers and senior associates will constantly give mw feedback on my performance. As well as this we have an internal rating system which reminds me how my managers appreciate me and value the work I do.
The induction was well organised but the training and actual job implementation could be structured better. The training doesn't really lead intot he work I do and therefore it was challenging to actually start working on a client project.
Kaplan are often helpful regarding the CFAB qualification as they provide tutors who are able to respond to emails regarding the Proffesional Qualification. Sometimes the tutors have a rushed attitude but most are very helpful.
My people manager is very supportive and often calls/emails to check I am ok. Other managers and more senior members of staff are similat and guide are approachable when I am confronted with issues.
As I live at home, I do not need a high salary to cover my living costs. Unfortunately I only recieve 11p a mile for petrol as I have a scheeme car, but I feel that this doesn't cover the actual traveling costs.
