Providing support to the PPE and SAP team, monitoring JIRA and EARS then creating reports based on these numbers.
I've learned plenty of new skills such as unix, maestro and puppet. Recently I've also been on a weblogic course.
I enjoy the technical aspect of my work as much as I do when it comes to interacting with colleagues. I've been placed in a very friendly environment and I feel that it has helped my social skills greatly.
I am offered a lot of training which makes me feel that they have a lot of confidence in me. The amount of oppurtunities that are open for me make me feel very valued.

They are easy to contact for any support I need. I'm also kept up to date with anything new about the course I'm on.

With the oppurtunity for promotion always in sight my salary is always going up. It is great but wouldn't complain with the offer for more!
