I throughly enjoy the programme with Aon. The insurance industry is one which is excellent to be part of. The balance of work, studies and socails makes it more enjoyable.
You are welcomed and automatically feel valued by Aon. You are encouraged to get involved in as many activities as possible and you are made to feel part of a team instantly.
The programme is structured excellently with a two week induction prior to your start date at Aon which allows you adapt to the work life as well creating a good relationship with other apprentices from the same year.
There is alot of support provided from the trainers, whether that be one to one or the resources provided to assist you in completing your coursework and preparing for exams successfully.
All employees are very welcoming and are happy to assist with any issues or problems you may have. They are very understanding and look to introduce you to various parts of the business so you understand your job role and industry before your workload begins to increase.
The salary meets my needs however you may have manage your money well in order for it to do so.
