  • access field technician, daily tasks involve servicing and repairing customers equipment withing the virgin media network, daily interactions involve face to face with customers at there homes and also interactions with colleagues. i take on the responsibility to priovide a service that meets the correct standard.

  • qualifications gained: level 2 diploma in professional competence for it and telecoms professionals and level 2 certificate in ict systems and principles.

  • i really enjoyed my programme, i felt both the training and communication along the way was great, i had no issues... the programme exceeded my expectations

  • i do feel like a valued employee for virgin media, i recieve praise when needed and find that if you need help with anything its right there

  • recieve alot of help and support, its easy to ask and they are more than happy to help

  • salary is fine
