I am involved in various tasks on a daily basis which range analysis of information to monthly reporting. I help with general administration and the maintenance of various sites.
It has helped develop various skills like time management and organization which has helped me massively with dealing with varying amounts of workload especially when studying for an exam.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme as I am learning new stuff all the time and have to be alert and switched on to be able to complete all tasks that are given to me with accuracy.
I feel valued.
On Arup side it has been well organised as they have progressively introduced me to new things which help my progress and development.
I receive a lot of support.
