My Role was as an Apprentice Field Technician, going into peoples homes and installing and servicing customers television, broadband and telephone services.
Yes I have gained my level 2 qualification in telecommunications, which I am very proud of.
The team who dealt with my apprenticeship were great and helpful and easy to talk to. I enjoy the companys culture and what it tries to do for customers greatly and I enjoy being a part of that.
I received great feedback from my managers and customers through surveys which helped build my confidence.
Very well structured Apprenticeship.
Alot, my support manager was always on the end of the phone to help with anything, even not nessacarily work related stuff.
A great deal to help with my work needs and also to help accomadate my everyday needs.
Salary is great, covered my living expenses well and also helped cover my learning too.
Yeah all sorts of roadshows to go to and edication fairs, its all good fun and also great experience.

Because the team are friendly and very supportive through every step.
Keep at it strong everyday, Keep your head down when at the cabinets in the rain as the perks and benefits are great. The team around you is also great.
