my role as an apprentice technician involed installing and fixing custoemrs faults in their homes rangin from tv to telephone faults and installations
i have learnt alot of new skills such as improving my everyday microsoft office skills and also achieveed a lot of new qualifications from telephone principles to managing it data.
i really enjoyed my programme as you was never left on your own tehre was always someone to support you whether it was your manager or one of your fellow apprentices.
i alsways felt highly valued by my manager and they would always congratulate you on any good work you completed or feedback recieved from customers
the programme is very well organised and you was always informed in advance when your training days where and you always had support from your managers whenever it was needed. the course was very well structured and thought out to the apprentices needs
i recieved excellent support throughout my apprenticeship and also after completeing it i can still ring them if i have a problem.
i reciever support from all my managers and other technicians if it is needed
the salary is good there are no travel costs and when there are they are always repaid back to you by the company.
virign has plenty of opportunities outside of work with various different voluntary and charity work.

excellent company to work for, highly valued as an employee and always open to listen whenever it is needed.
just be confident and be yourself and dont be afriad to ask a question as virign are always ready to give you an answer.
