As a member of the Software Delivery team, it is my job to manage testing with Business teams and to ensure software releases are successful.
Every day i learn new skills and will continue to learn new methods and, in time, learn to utilize these skills to ensure my work is completed to the highest standards, as expected by the company.
I enjoy the programme alot. There is always something new to learn and the scheme offers all apprentices the opportunity to build upon new skills and talents already possessed.
When i began, being an apprentice, i thought that i would be considered to be of a lower level. This could not be further from the truth. I feel valued and wanted every day i walk through the doors.
The programme is structured and organsied in line with both the Companies core values and the apprentices' well being at heart. Everything is done to ensure the apprentice scheme runs as smoothly as possible.
My training provider offers great amounts of support for every type of situation.
My employer, both Fidelity and my management, offer the upmost support for myself and the other apprentices. Any queries, no matter how important, are met with welcoming individuals who are willing to make time to ensure you are ok.
My pay is ideal to my current costs and needs. The pay i recieve is perfect fotr the amount of travelling (to work) that i have to do on a daily basis and i am never out of pocket.
As an employee of Fidelity, i am given every opportunity possible to better myself. I have already taken up the chance to work with other members of staff to better improve social opportunities with colleagues, which has been well recieved.
