My role is a access field technician my day to day role is to visit customers in their homes to see what type of faults they are having and to quickly find and fix the fault.
I have learnt alot of new skills since starting i can now wire a whole telephone system in a house.
I fell the programme was great i made alot of new friends and the support from the company was very good.
I feel valued sometimes but sometimes you dont seem to get valued.
It is very organised and structed i feel that it was a bit long as most of the work was complete well before the end.
