Customer service, making sure the shelfs are full, keeping the store clean,
i have learnt how to communicate more, I can deal with staff issues and customer issues
i enjoy going to work it's a new thing everyday

The apprentice itself i think it is very well organinsed I'm communicating with a lot of people all the time.
I think I'm getting the support I need, my training provider is very good in giving me the training I need.
