Checking emails from the previous day (or weekend) and prioritising anything urgent. Plan out my day and the tasks in order which they need to be completed, in terms of urgency. Answer phone calls on the hotline and upload leads as and when they come in.

The people here are fantastic, and I am enjoying the increased amount of responsibility as I get further in to my apprenticeship, and hope this continues right through for the full 2 years.
I feel that I am valued especially by my immediate peers and colleagues. Additionally,I am told that my work is valued by others within the organisation.
My programme is structured OK, I feel that there is a clear and concise plan to be followed for the apprenticeship. However, I feel that this isn't always followed, and that communication isn't always there when needed.
I receive support from my provider whenever I need it. I am in the latter stages of the apprenticeship, so I take up the offer of support by them a lot more, and they are always helpful.
If I was to ever ask for support, I would always receive this from my employer. The support is mostly from the training provider however, and the work/provider support is kept quite separate.
My salary does meet the costs it takes for me to get in to work each day. It also does cover my living expenses and other essentials.
there is an abundance of opportunities outside work, whether that be social, or work related. This is mainly in the form of events and team sessions etc.
Yes
Grant Thornton is a great company to work for, especially somebody who is early in their career as I am. You will learn new things and skills each and every day.
To be yourself, and to 'big' yourself up as much as you see fit, as it is actually encouraged in the application process. Also, if hired, get involved in as much as possible, and create as many connections as possible.
