Going out and finding and them fixing faults, going out to customers houses, talking to them and getting an understanding of what their fault is, and fixing it there and then so the customer is happy and is back having full services.
i have learnt more customer service skills, as you need to talk to the customer to find out what there fault it, also i have learnt alot about signal and how it can change different pictures or the customers internet.
i like being out and about on the road, and coming across different faults, it challenges me alot more than doing the same thing day in day out.
i feel very valued as they always give me the right tooling, uniform and equipment to do the job and will always help me if i need any queiries. there is also a health plan which i have used and is very useful.
very well organized, you start of with a mentor for a few weeks, then get given some training and you do basic installs for a few more weeks, then do service training and get started on 50% work the gradually over time you get given more work untill you are fully routed on 100%
i got alot of support, from talking to my mentor i was given at the start, to being able to ask my training managers questions and they will alwasy help out.
fully supported as people are always there to hgelp out if any questions are asked, no matter who you ask someone will try and help
i feel as an apprentice wage is definatly was alot better than any other apprenticeship roles i looked at, it is good pay, you get given a company van so not feuling you car to get too/from work everyday, so overall your pay is very good. and it goes up further once you graduate,
ther are many charity events you can be a part of if you ask. or if you want to set up a charity day or do an event there will be time to do it.
Yes
