As part of a resolver team, I specalise in 1 service and resolve the issues that have as well as trying to imporove the customers service and what they Experience
Via this spprenticeship I have learnt a wide variety of skills, from my It technical knowledge to customer service skills
The programme offers a variety of different learning asecs as well as ehancing new skills and gaining new ones.

Once all the traning was set, the programme ran fine, however before this strage it was unclear what was happening and when
