I am a software engineer in the Welsh Government building, I must work in a team to create and develop Java to meet deadlines and ensure they are working efficiently and been tested sufficiently before it gets commited. I must communicate with the Business Analysis team to discuss anything I'm unsure of of need more detail on before starting my tast, and once I have completed it, I must support the testers to make sure the code is doing what it is supposed to.
Yes, I have improved my skills writing Java, I have learnt how to use a Business Object Model to translate my Java code into readable English sentences. I have learnt how to use hibernate to retrieve data from the Database to easily incorporate it into Java.
I look forward to work everyday, I look forward to the morning meetings so I can tell my team what I have done the day before and what I plan on doing that day. I love working as a team as it involves lots of communication to make sure everyone is aware of any changes and any information.
I feel I am valued by Capgemini, although I'm not checked up on or contacted on a regular basis, I feel I can communicate with anyone I need to and get an appropriate action if needed.
I feel the induction and training was absolutely fantastic, it was arguably the best time of my life as I got to meet amazing people and work with like-minded people in a comfortable and friendly environment. Support is great if you need it, there are many people available to help you with any problem or query you have.
I am provided lots of support, response is to a high quality and helpful.

I think my salary is good for the conditions, I am able to live without any financial concerns. I have to travel 2 hours daily but it is expended so it's not an issue.
Yes, I receive regular notifications via email about new and exciting opportunities outside of work. I have recently accepted to do an interview with the Press for Capgemini and the Welsh government apprentice programme.

Capgemini are an absolutely fantastic company to work for, it's exciting, professional, rewarding and very satisfying. There is lots of room for progression and many paths you can take, there aren't many limits to what you can achieve.
Be yourself, be honest. They do not want to employ somebody that is being dishonest about what they are like as a person, to find out you weren't being honest. You need to be passionate about working in this industry, be self motivated and able to work well as a team. Personality is the fundamental and the rest you will have training for.
