installing broadband, telephone and cable tv. Also do a lot of service work. Fault finding. and general maintenance of the virgin media network
i have gained immense knowledge in this industry
i do enjoy it a lot. its hard work but there are some rewards
i felt valued as an apprentice. now as a qualified tech i feel like there are so many targets and other things being tightened up. it feels like the company is looking for people to fail so they can let them go
the programme was well organised and easy to follow over the 12 months
