I went to a variety of departments over the firm, as well as receiving talks on Entry to law as well as the various channels within law. I was given the responsibility to help Trainees with their tasks.
I improved my skills pertaining to attention to detail due to the proofreading and contract work I was given. My knowledge of office awareness and etiquette were improved.
I found the programme much better than I had expected; I was given tasks which required responsibility and maturity. I was not given tedious admin tasks.
I found the people at the firm extremely friendly, and always willing to guide you through tasks and also have a chat with you. My involvement in tasks was greater than I anticipated.
there was a clear induction morning, as well as a laid out timetable for the week, moving to different departments on specific days. The talks were informative and punctual.
A huge amount. The training providers were welcoming, friendly and were always willing o come over and guide us comprehensively, no matter how busy they were.

The programme was not paid therefore my costs were not met. I live close by so there were no living costs. The location was ideal for me most days.
There are many opportunities at the firm, such as football, cricket and netball teams. There are also social events such as parties and netwrokign events.

I would advise them to take the time to fill the form in carefully as there are many applicants. Do not rush through it. make sure you take the contact details of trainees.
