SharePoint Applications Consultant, Deal with customers on a daily basis and turn business requirements into a fully functioning system.
Currently completeing a degree in business and IT. Have developed skills with customer interaction and business etiquette.
I enjoy work on a daily basis and the team that I work within is very good. The team met my expectations of what 'business should be like'.
I feel valued at times, however, there are occasions when due to the section of the company I work within I feel distanced from other GAPs.
The programme has taken time to be structured in a way that suits the business area that I work within due small numbers of people that work within the technology as a apprentice, however the programme is constantly evolving and getting better.
I feel that the support is reasonable and is always avaliable. However, some of the moduels that are set do not map to the job role that i am in therefore meaning that the work has to be done in my own time.
I feel that the support is good enough as long as you ask the correct people. Some parts of the business do not embrace the apprentice programme as much as others.;
The salary and package is excellent - from employee benifits to business opertunites
There are alwasy oportunites to consider outside of work as the company is so large
