Project Management - engaging with team members and the clients on a daily basis.
Yes lots. Internal and external courses are available. The process for external courses is far too complicated.
Work and the team I'm around in my day job is very enjoyable. The programme itself lost touch with me as an apprentice some time ago. The amount of effort to maintain a foundation community beyond the first year is very limited.
I feel very valued by direct task managers with my day to day job. Foundation does sometimes leave you feeling unrecognised as they have little direct view or sometimes appreciation of the hard work we, as apprentices, put in on a regular basis.
Very well organised.

I have actually received a fair amount of support from various management areas within IBM. You just have to know which buttons to press to obtain the support.
Salary is fairly competitive for someone of this age with no university qualifications. The costs are somewhat high. As apprentices, on the lowest salary in the company, are often expected to move hundreds of miles from home for a job with no assistance.
Yes a large number.
Yes
IBM certainly has areas where it can develop the scheme to make it more appealing to aspiring individuals. However, every company has negative points and, in my particular case, the positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to working for IBM.
