My overall role in my current final position after placements is in the design office in which I am routing HVAC systems and integrating with other systems to make sure the ship works.
I have learnt alot of skills and increased my qualifications. I have developed my creativity skills but with my new knowledge to make the system work how it should
Very much, it is a great programme in which is flexible and placements are suited to the individual and our needs so we find our best role at the end
Very valued as from the start we have access to all of the benefits and everyone is always trying to help us learn and improve so we have alot of support where required.
Organised and structured well as do the qualifications and placements in which are flexible to suit everyones needs which means good organisation
Alot of support in which we could get the support for anything and they would always do their best to help so alwasy felt like any issues could be resolved

Salary is good because we are getting paid to learn so even though had to rent still had alot of money left to go out and socialise without worrying about money
