  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am an Infrastructure Architect! My role consists of me creating solutions for issues such as cost or physical issues with hardware. The client will explain the issue and it is mine and my colleagues job to create a sufficient solution and follow it through to implementation. I deal with other Architects, such as Infrastructure, Database, Application and Security. I also have the chance to interact with the client when creating requirements.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • If I ever have a problem then I know who to contact right away! I know that my issue will be resolved and not only will they resolve it, but they will explain how to resolve the issue so I can learn from it. If they themselves cannot resolve the issue then they will find someone else to help So I am very please with the amount of support I receive.
