the programme is very enjoyable, you learn a lot and have the chance to meet new people. i would say the main downside to the programme is, the shift patterns, for example; you will do 3-4 weeks of nights and have a routine, then you would get chanmged to days and that ruins your routine.
feel very valued, i feel as TFL wnat you develop and want to get the best out of you.
programme is very organised and handled well, we have advanced notice of training and placement details. obviously with all programmes, there can be tweaks made to improve the way the programme is delievered.
support is always on hand, majority of people are always willing to help .
