My role involves the management and development of apprentices coming into Virgin Media.
Taking aprt in the apprenticeship has helped me in my new role as a manager. I have completed my QCF and learnt useful tools which has helped me develop.
I thoroughy enjoy my role helping develop new memebrs into the apprentice scheme and watching the grow.
Totally valued and i feel a full member of the team.
The structure has been superb, enabling to complete my day to day duties but also enough time given to work on my QCF.
I have regular meetings with my trainer and i am set realistic targets.
My employer has given me plenty of study days and downtime to complete my work.
The salary paid is one of the best in the market. it easily covers my basic expenditure
There are numerous opportunities outside of work. We are encouraged to spend a day with other departments to assists with future development or to gather a better understanding.
