I have agreed and documented project objectives with my manager John Estlea and we have had a meeting discussing project objectives. I have been using Career Point to a certain extent and have created a few Engagement Assessments. My role is in testing so an engagement can go on for months if not years.

This may further include: • Providing coaching and mentoring to other professionals, to grow our leaders from within • Successfully receiving positive feedback from managers and/or colleagues, particularly for 360 feedback and PBC write-ups.
