Once i have completed my apprentership i will be a support engineer. Currently I am shadowing and assisting a test technician, my day to day jobs will include Insulation resistance, Polarity and Continuity testing on products, these products are will be asigned to projects. I work alondside several other employees, many are manurfacturing and several are also testers themselves.
Since starting my apprentership last year i have gain many skills within and out of the worksite. I have completed a level 3 BTEC in Electrical Engineering to a Distinction Grade, as well as completing a Level 2 PEO in Electrical Maintanence, im currently working through a Level 4 HNC and a NVQ.
I love my job, my colleges and my apprentership. I work for a well-known and massively successful business that I’m proud to say I’m a part of, my colleges are friendly and helpful in all manner of ways, I’m overjoyed with my progress as I’m hitting well above any targets in which my company set me, this gives me a real sense of achievement.
I get alot of praise form all my peers, this allows me to complete my work to a high standard and also make me feel valued.
My company have allowed me to fully complete all training and studying i need, weather this is in or out of work.
Loads, any form of training i wish to complete my colleges provide me with everything i need to move forward.

My salary is a tight budget at the moment, mainly due to my own self choice though, i have a expensive to run can, petrol, insurence and tax, this is my own choice so i cant really complain about my salary.
