I am mainly on the IT support desk so my main tasks from day to day would be checking the help desk and seeing what issues users have and then dealing with that issue whether over the phone or in person.
Yes I have had training since I have been here which mainly focused on calibrating screens but to a very high standard so this has helped me when a user faces this issue,
I have enjoyed my programme a lot because it has given me the opportunity to learn more about what I can do but most importantly allow me to learn things that I didn't even know was possible.
I feel very appreciated because I'm able to talk to anyone if I have a problem and if I'm facing trouble on a certain topic I am able to ask for help and it's always given.
It is very organised and I like this because it allows me to know what I am doing and when I will be doing them months in advance which is very helpful to me.
I have received a lot of help from my provider as he regularly sends me emails to notify on marks for my assignments and when I have an assignment due which helps.
I do get a lot of support from my employers because even though they have given me a lot of responsibility since I started I have enjoyed it and it's actually helped me to grow.
My salary is very good and this has helped me meet my costs and exceed it by a far amount which is great. A big help is that I still live with my parents so at the moment I don't have many costs anyway.
Yes there are many opportunity opened to em outside of work however I find family really important to me so regularly when I'm not working that's where I am.
Yes
I would because they have supported me through my studies and even though I'm just beginning I know that they'll continue to do this for me and with me.
Make sure that you're CV is great to make sure you have the best chance of being accepted and make sure at the interview you're just yourself as this will help you come across more natural.
