Digital Marketer Review

I am an apprentice digital marketer at RedEye international. My daily duties include talking to clients and presenting data and feedback to them. Creating and running reports to arrange and summarise company data for clients aswell as undertaking daily checks to make sure that the clients data is being properly reported every morning.

I have learned alot more about Excel than i already knew along with learning lots about emails and marketing terminology. I have also developed my communication skills aswell as being able to easily pick out statistics and trends from raw data.

I highly enjoy my program here as it has fully met my expectations for the apprenticeship scheme. I am really enjoying the interaction with other colleagues and also the work that i am producing. I find that it is rewarding and also good to develop my technical skills.

I feel valued at Escalla as the staff are friendly and able to help me with things i do not understand quickly and easily.

My plan is very organised and structured as i have regular reviews and block reports which show me exactly how ive done in previous tasks and work and shows me specifically what i now need to do to progress.

My training provider is very helpful and nice. They help and support me when completing tasks to make sure i fully understand what i am doing even if i got something right.

My employer has been really helpful with my apprenticeship. I have been shown exactly what to do when in the workplace and had a full induction to the working environment here. They are also very helpful in providing tasks specific to the work i am completing for my apprenticeship qualification.

My salary meets my costs for living very well. I have alot of money to spend on travel and also living costs aswell as having some left over to put away and save for the future.

Outside of work there is a massive selection of what i can participate in. Here at Redeye there are regular staff activites some relating to raising money for charity. For example not long ago there was a hike aimed at raising money for the Alzheimers society.

I would reccomend this scheme to my friends as it is a really helpful and opportunity building program. It allows me to work and develop my working skills while gaining a qualification for future use.

I would tell people applying to an apprenticeship at escalla that they should just be confident and engage with the brand as it is a good way to build up your experience and to add to your qualifications.
