my role is essentially to support various departments with tasks that can potentially take up a lot of time. This includes things such as sorting through the reminders and sending them out on time as well as going through accounts with errors on them and sorting it out
yeah ive learnt a lot of new skills such as learning how to work in an office environment and using computer systems. Ive also learnt how to help customers out whether that is face to face or by other means
I really enjoy the programme as I work with a great team and get to learn new things at the same time, whilst gaining a qualification. I also get a free reign to do my coursework whern i like.
I dont really feel valued by escalla atall. We receive a visit from our assessor every couple of months but apart from that we receive no contact. if we email a question it can take a long time to get an answer, if we get an answer atall.
not very structured atall. We are basically left to our own devices and expected to get the work complete with very little help/contribution from escalla
Very little. contacting our provider is really difficult as we very rarely receive a response within a reasonable timeframe. it does feel like we dont receive much support
We receive a decent amount of support from our employer. We are given ample time to complete coursework and are given the oppurtunity to go around different departments to learn different things which helps us to complete the course.
The salary that I receive more than covers my costs as my only expenditure (for work purposes) is the travelling to work. My employer covered the cost for me to work here.
In terms of the training provider is concerned I have not been made aware of any oppurtunities outside of work. Im not really sure what this question is about. maybe it should be worded differently?
No
due to the lack of support that I feel that I have received. considering my employer has paid for escalla to be the training provider. I think they have left us short changed
be prepared to do work with very little guidance or help from Escalla. However if you like to get on with your course at your own devices the this could be good
