My first responsibility within store is to ensure all stock is on sale and presentable to consumers; whilst ensuring that my work is compliant to UK laws I.e. Fire exits clear. Operating tills in an efficient and polite manner, whilst effectively operating within an small yet effective team
I have become better at stepping back and approaching tasks in a more professional manner. Along with ensuring I work at a fast pace yet remaining compliant at all times
Very much so. I work with a young and vibrant team who provide motivation to further my progression within the business
Aldi have expanded at such a rate that it's required them to hire staff within accordance with the companies' values, meaning they need to train the staff to maximise their skill set within management. Therefore I feel extremely valued with a huge focus on my future with the firm.
Quite, firstforskills had actually lost my application meaning I was lucky to be receiving the NVQ side of my apprenticeship. My monthly meetings are ok, pretty simple things, not the highlight!
Offers to be there, nothing exceptional
Aldi always is looking to ensure my work is the best it can be, always making sure my wellbeing is sound.
First year is ok, however, this is with assistance from family. Yet, it's market leading so can you complain?
Not massively, not an issue though
Yes
Fantastic opportunity to progress and craft a great career and future
Work hard, do as you're told, keep up to date with Aldi in the news and have a positive outlook when arriving at work
