The work is always interesting and busy in the lab My team is great to work with The company has a good culture My expectations were exceeded I still am enjoying the apprenticeship
The NVQ side is less structured & seems less important Training on site is well strctured The University of Teesside could work on their part time course structure The mentor system is good although I don't feel the need to use it Task delegation is well structered and a great system is in use at GSK Team hierarchy is well structured although I am unsure of the structure beyon my line managers boss The program is well organised
