Certain pieces of work in the team can be challenging and will certainly test you with all your knowledge, but taken from experience and learning from others. The commitment you put into the work can be rewarded with champions awards which highlight key performances from yourself and merit the hard work you put in.
Very well structured, given us a wide variety a work to get stuck into in different sections of the office to have an insight into what others do within the building, outside of your own team.
Excellent amount of support from day to day, always team members about to give you a helping hand on tasks of all types.
A lot of support, having both a line manager and a mentor within my team helps me learn as i am going about my workload as any questions i may have can be answered with true expertise.
Annual salary meets plenty of requirements to myself, from covering my bills and my travel costs in one. It is a great wage to be on.
Great opportunities to work away and visit different Siemens site with your team or even by yourself on a day trip to have a insight into working sites during construction.
