Work within Mobile Communications department rotating through different departments including customer support, sales and marketing, project management. Work alongside internal employees and have regular contact with external customer.
Internal training courses- manual handling/ export course Level 4 qualification in management consulting
Friendly work of work colleagues with a good company culture. Enjoy working with the people I work with.
High level of appreciation from management within Mobile Comms/Rail Automation. Feel like a valued member of project teams who provides a key role
Not very well. BPP external provider have poor admin, although the personal assessor is quick. Enrollment on the program didn't happen until 2 months of working for Siemens
Personal assessor is good but BPP as a whole have not been great, slow to respond and organization is poor. Prioritize other companies on college days.
Good level of support feel like a valued member of the team. HR treat you as any other employee, not treated any differently because you are an apprentice.
Salary is ok, with good pay rises. However, unsure of the future after my apprenticeship and not comparable to living costs in the South of England (property prices/rent etc)

Good reputable company with friendly employees who always make you feel valued.
Application process goes through HR so use buzz words in application. Be yourself in your interview and the people interviewing you are current employees!
