My role involves data analysis, cleansing, visualization and integration from legacy systems to new, modern cloud-based systems.
I have learned many skills from programming in Java/Python to taking part in artificial intelligence and machine learning robot building. I have also developed several personal skills such as public speaking, organisation, notarisation and interpersonal skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot. There is a wide breadth to learn and develop whilst being supported, as well as many the ability to do so in an area of interest and variety.
Completely valued. I am given the opportunity and responsibility to contribute directly to the work the organisation is doing, making me feel valuable and directly responsible for the performance and reputation of Accenture.
I am given 20% of my time to spend off-the-job on personal studies and extra reading outside of work.
I have a skills coach and tutors whom I can reach via many methods of communication if needed, and there are clear guidelines for how to raise an issue if there are any (which there hasn't been!).
I receive a lot of support from my employer. If there are any concerns, issues or questions I have then the programme team and leads are available to answer immediately, as well as speak to in confidentiality.
Living in London, the salary package meets my costs and ensures I budget correctly!
Tons. There are a diverse number of learning, sporting, leisure and cultural activities held by colleagues and partner organisations for colleagues to mix and take part in! If you are willing to invest your time then there is always something available.

Accenture is a place where you can grow - whether you know what you want or are open to options, it is the type of place to allow you to experience all there is to offer and increase your passion for tech.
Be open and honest. The organisation wants to attract the best and diverse people, so being different is welcomed and celebrated. You could lead in so many different ways and Accenture is willing to support you as long as you make your passion stand out!
