My first year within Accenture has been an incredible journey. I joined Accenture on the September 15th 2016 as an Software Engineer associate. My first role was a Blue Prism Developer.
Since joining Accenture, my skills have developed significantly. The training we have been provided with is Java, SQL, Web Development and etc. In addition, i get training within the work place understanding and implementing tools.
I love learning new skills in which i can incorporate in everyday life in the working environment. I love problem solving so this opportunity was to big to miss out on.
I feel extremely valued, Accenture cares about their employs. Example: They care about their employees as they send us to training to make sure we reach our highest potential.
Extremely organised, the structure of the programmer has been made to support our university work and work life. Plus the additional support we receive additional support from our career councilors and etc.
As much support as one needs. QA has been really supportive in terms of structure and external support. They have provided us with the relevant information to pass the course.
As much support as one needs. Accenture is a big family, when you have any issues you have supports. Example: I had a medical issue which HR Team dealt with really respectfully and provided full support.
I strongly believe it not about the money but down to the experience and opportunity. Sometimes you have to sacrifice a little to get allot in life. But the money does help.
Yes, once you complete the degree and gain the experience from Accenture it open an massive opportunity for you to get into Accenture as an full-time employee.
Yes
I would 100% recommend Accenture to a friend/stranger who ever it may be. You will never find a company like Accenture. Accenture is known world wide and the opportunity they provide is outstanding.
The interview and assessment stage is extremely important. It is the key to success. the assessment center will allow you to show off your skills and will compete with one and other.
