I am on a testing team within the salesforce project. My day to day tasks include creating, implementing, and reporting test plans.Everyday i have a meeting with the testing lead to discuss new tests. We sometimes meet with the developers, for walkthroughs of their software.

I enjoy Accenture apprentice program. We are made to feel like part of the company, and we are given appropriate work for our knowledge and experience.
I am given work that is appropriate to me as it is not above my level of knowledge, but i ma still relied upon for small responsabilities, making me feel valued, without feeling overwhelmed.
The programme had a well structured 8 week bootcamp, where we were effectively taught the various basics. The programme had clear objectives and these are kept to.
Our training provider supports us in our learning, and helps us in our job role. They regularly check that we are finding work okay and have no dramas or issues.
My employer helps me learn my job role, and gives me help and guidance when i need it. They helped me to understand where i fit into the company as a whole, and i know if i had any dramas they would pay attention and try to sot them out.
For the first year, the salary is liveable, if unlike me you werent spending £65 a week on bus tickets, as i live ages away from work, and dont drive. I couldnt afford to move closer this year, however the salary goes up next eyar, when it becomes easier.
