I am a Brand Assistant in Healthcare, I am responsible for ensuring the new lines are set up in the system and providing samples to internal and external contacts. I also have the responsiblity of looking after the Mouthcare category within BP.
I have had many oppotunities both within college and outside of it to develop my skills and learn new ones. The experiential event which we did with Broadwater was the most effective for myself.
I think the programme is a great oppotunity and I have met some really amazing people. It has been a lot more enjoyable than I was expecting at the beginning.
Due to the culture of the business feedback is given on a regular basis and I feel that I am valued.
I think the whole concept is amazing however I think the transitions between placement was difficult and the communication can sometimes be lacking. I think the support we are given is fantasic.
Tina comes into Boots every Thursday and is generous with her time and provide the perfect amount of support.
My manager is great and really helps me out with everything and the wider apprenticehip group are also very helpful.
I think it is a very competitive salary and meets all my costs.
There are always oppotunities for those who go looking for them. It would be great if Boots as a whole had more sports clubs.
Yes
I've had a great experience and I'm in a much better position than some of my friends who have the same qualifiactions and skills as me.
Always be yourself and try to be what you think Boots expect. Boots are looking for people who can offer something different not just someone who will slot in.
