I am an MBP Application Specialist, and I work in an Application Management team, within Service Management. On a day to day basis I manage Incidents as well as ensuring we meet our incident targets. I communicate with the client on a day to day basis and provide support when necessary.
I have a client facing role and have had the opportunity to work with other companies and service providers while in my role.
I really enjoy being an IBM-er and have worked for the company as a Gap Year student, before joining as an Apprentice.
I feel very valued within my current team.
I began my Apprenticeship with a 2 week induction and have training courses through my 3 years. I have already been able to complete 2. I have a personal Manager and we frequently meet.
I receive a lot of support from my manager when I need it.
I receive a lot of support within my team.
Very well - I am granted expenses for fuel as I work away from home.
There is always something to do with the team in the evenings and there are some great corporate events to take part in. Such as the corporate games! I would recommend it to anyone!
Yes
I have had a great time working for IBM and I have already recommended it to a lot of my friends.
